I had a commandline that I used for 1.0.7 that still had the old settings, which are no longer needed. Apparently the update changed how video memory restriction commands work, and entering -availablevidmem 4.0 makes it restrict memory to 4 MB instead of 4 GB, which makes the game unable to run.
First time playing it (Without Mods) was perfect. But I'm willing to delete all my mods and all my saves to get this working. Keep in mind that I might have mods in the game. Now I have a bigger problem where my screen is fixed into this loading loop.

I've tried commands related to video memory and I checked through the files for any leftover mod files and I can't get it to work. I did add mods in the game, but they all failed. If I'm in full screen I have to log off through ctrl+alt+del. Everything starts up fine until I hit play, where the loading screen starts, and the time it would normally fade to black and say "Loading - *Mission Name*, it instead partially fades to black, and freezes there and I slightly see the character art in the background. Then I validated game files to update the game.
I didn't like the strange performance problems on 1.0.7 so I uninstalled LCPDFR via the uninstall application, and deleted any remaining ASI loaders and mod dlls from the root of the GTA 4 folder. The only ones I installed were Simple Native Trainer and LCPDFR. I replaced the Rockstar Games, Rockstar North and GTA 4 logos when you first start the game with Yokosuka Girls' Marine High School Coat of Arms, Harekaze logo and High School Fleet show logoList of charactersAkeno MisakiMashiro MunetaniMei IrizakiKouko NosaMachiko NomaMaron YanagiwaraMinami KaburagiMoeka China. Alright, so I'm on Windows 10 and I downgraded to 1.0.7 for GTA 4 to use some mods.
